That quote was written for Wall Street, but I’ve seen it play out in real estate, and honestly, in life. I’ve learned over and over, personally and professionally:
Patience isn’t just a mindset. It’s a strategy.
Most of what pays off in this business doesn’t feel exciting at first. It feels slow, repetitive, uncertain. But when the moment hits, when what you’ve been building finally starts compounding, that’s when it makes sense.
That’s been true inside my Robinhood this week. Ethereum popped, and I didn’t time the bottom. I didn’t chase trends. I just stayed in, kept my contributions consistent, and let the strategy play out.
It’s the same in real estate.
The ones who win aren’t rushing. They’re building, holding, and trusting their process.

- Rental-focused construction loans up to 90% LTC
- DSCR exits with real equity and market-rate leases
- Deals in secondary markets with strong rent demand and infill potential
